1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website. The use of the Trade Hunter platform and related services is governed by separate terms, provided during the access process: platform terms of use.

2. Nature of the content

The content of this website describes the features of the platform and is for general information only. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation to invest or an offer of financial instruments or services.

The screenshots shown on the website are taken from the real platform. The setups and levels visible are automatic price readings from the moment of capture: they are not recommendations, are not updated and do not represent results achieved.

3. Eligibility

The website and the platform are reserved for adults (at least 18 years old) located in countries where their use is allowed. By using them you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Access to the services

Sign-up takes place only on the Trade Hunter platform, by creating a personal account and linking your account with the partner broker through its email and ID. Access to individual services may be subject to requirements, checks and conditions communicated during the process. The operator may not allow access to certain services in certain countries or for certain categories of users.

Trade Hunter is a free tool reserved for clients of the partner broker. The available features are organised in levels linked to the balance of the account with the partner broker: the base level gives access to Macroeconomics, the Trading Journal and a preview of the ideas; the partial level to Today's ideas, the Chart in the simple view and Results; the full level also to the advanced view, scanners and strategies, Telegram alerts and the 1 to 5 minute timeframes. The balance thresholds of each level are shown on the "My account" page of the platform. After the account is linked, a one-time free trial of 5 days with the features of the partial level is available; afterwards the features depend on the balance and, with no balance on the account, the sections stay locked.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell or redistribute the platform's content, signals or alerts, access it with automated systems, share your credentials, bypass the access levels or present yourself as a representative of Trade Hunter.

6. Suspension

Access may be suspended or terminated in case of breach of these terms, misuse or where required by law, as well as for maintenance or if the service ends.

7. Liability

Trading decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from the use of the information on this website, from interruptions, delays or errors in market data, or from third-party services reached through links.

8. Intellectual property

Trademark, logo, texts, graphics and screenshots belong to the operator or to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes

The operator may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
