2. Automatic readings, no guarantee

Patterns, setups, entry, stop loss and take profit levels, confirmations and alerts are generated automatically by technical rules applied to prices. They may not play out, and may change or be invalidated at any time. No setup, level or strategy guarantees a result. The answers of the support chat are also generated by an artificial intelligence system: they may contain inaccuracies and are not financial advice.

3. Risk of loss

Trading forex, gold, CFDs and cryptocurrencies, especially with leverage, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose all the capital you invest. 6. Your decisions are yours

Every trading decision, including the choice of instruments, position size and entry and exit timing, is made by you and is your sole responsibility. Trade Hunter does not open, close or manage trades on your behalf.

7. Partner broker

Trade Hunter is a free tool offered to clients of the partner broker. Trade Hunter is not a broker, does not receive or hold client funds and does not execute orders. The trading account, deposits, trades and related conditions are handled solely by the broker, with whom the contractual relationship exists. Client protections depend on the broker and the country where it operates: check them before opening an account.

8. Access levels

The available features are organised in levels linked to the balance of your account with the partner broker. You are not required to deposit or increase your capital to use Trade Hunter: always decide how much to commit based on your situation and your risk tolerance.

9. Not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or promotion of financial instruments or services. The content is not directed at persons in countries where its distribution or use would be contrary to local laws or regulations: it is your responsibility to check that using the service is allowed where you are.

10. Partners, affiliates and introducing brokers

Anyone who presents or promotes Trade Hunter (partners, affiliates, introducing brokers, referrers) acts independently. They are not authorised to promise profits or results, give financial advice on behalf of Trade Hunter or make commitments in its name: be wary of anyone who promises gains.

11. Third-party services

Telegram, used for alerts, and the other external services are run by third parties, with their own terms and policies. Trademarks and names of instruments and platforms mentioned belong to their respective owners.
