Last updated: 16 October 2026
This is the original version of this document. Italian and Spanish translations are provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, this English version prevails.
This policy applies to anyone who presents, recommends or promotes Trade Hunter, including partners, affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), referrers and content creators ("Partners"). Partners must follow it in every channel: social media, messaging apps, websites, videos, live sessions and private conversations.
1. Independent status
Partners act independently. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Trade Hunter and may not present themselves as such, sign or make commitments in its name, or speak on its behalf.
2. No financial advice
Partners may not present Trade Hunter, its setups or its alerts as financial advice, personal recommendations or instructions to buy or sell. They must describe Trade Hunter as a technical analysis tool with automatic readings that may not play out.
3. No promises of profits or results
It is forbidden to promise or suggest profits, income, success rates, "sure" signals or guaranteed results, and to show personal gains, account balances or trade results as an incentive to sign up.
4. Approved material only
Partners may only use the official texts, logos and screenshots of Trade Hunter, without altering them. Edited or invented screenshots, fake reviews and content that imitates official communications are not allowed.
5. Mandatory risk warning
Every promotion must include a clear risk warning, at least: "Leveraged trading carries a high risk of losing your capital. Trade Hunter does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee results." and a link to the Risk disclosure.
6. Disclosure of the relationship
Partners must clearly state that they are partners or affiliates and, where applicable, that they receive compensation, using the disclosure tools and labels required by each platform and by local rules.
7. No pressure to deposit
Partners may not push people to open an account, deposit or increase their balance, for example to unlock access levels, nor use urgency, countdowns or limited-time offers that are not real. Access levels must never be presented as an investment goal.
8. Compliance with laws and platform rules
Partners are responsible for complying with the laws of the countries where they operate and where their audience is located, including rules on financial promotions, advertising, consumer protection and data protection, and with the rules of the platforms they use. It is forbidden to target minors, to send unsolicited messages (spam) and to promote Trade Hunter in countries where its use is not allowed.
9. Unauthorised statements
Any statement that is not consistent with this policy or with the official content of Bull Hunter is made under the sole responsibility of the Partner and does not bind Trade Hunter.
10. Monitoring and consequences
Promotions may be checked at any time. Breaches may lead to a request to remove content, to the suspension or termination of the partnership and to any further action allowed by law.
11. Applicable law
This policy does not limit any right or obligation provided by the applicable law. Where local rules are stricter, the stricter rules apply.
