1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of the Trade Hunter website. For any privacy request you can write to support@tradehunterapp.com or use the Trade Hunter Support chat inside the platform.
2. What data we process
This website has no forms and does not ask for personal data. The only data processed is browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, date and time of the request. It is collected automatically in the hosting provider's technical logs to run the website and keep it secure.
The website does not use analytics, profiling or advertising tools and does not set cookies of that kind (see the Cookie Policy).
3. Sign-up on the platform
The "Sign up" button takes you to the sign-up page of the Trade Hunter platform, which is a service separate from this website. The data you provide there (first and last name, email and password, then the email and ID of your account with the partner broker) is processed according to the privacy notice of the Trade Hunter platform, which you can read before submitting it.

5. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Browsing data is processed by the hosting provider Vercel Inc. (United States), acting as processor. The transfer to the United States relies on Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision) and on the standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement.
Fonts are served by this website itself: no external font services are contacted.
6. Retention
The website's technical logs are kept for about one day; Vercel may keep the data strictly needed for the security of its network for longer, under its own privacy policy. Investigations of unlawful activity are an exception.
7. Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing through the same channels.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
8. Minors
The website and the platform are not intended for anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect data about them.
9. Changes
This notice may be updated, for example when new services are added to the website. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
